Description

Captured in just one night from my new home on the slopes of Grand Mesa in Colorado using the new QHY367C, Full Frame 7376x4938, 36.4mega pixel One Shot Color CMOS camera. Comprising of 90 x 120 second exposures and a Total Integration time of 3 hours.

A 2 panel mosaic and panoramic view of several of the most interesting objects within the Orion Molecular Cloud Complex spanning from Barnard’s Loop designated Sh2 2-276 to the left of the image and including Messier 78, The Flame Nebula NGC 2024 and The infamous Horsehead Nebula B33.
